摘　　要：建设一流的临床技能实验教学中心是各医学院校坚持不懈地努力方向,为顺应医学教育的发展形势,培养具有综合素质的复合型医学人才,我校加大投资力度,改善实验室硬件设施,并从实验教学模式改革、管理体制创新、师资队伍建设方面着手尝试,取得了显著的成绩。Building first-class clinical skills experiment teaching center is the direction which needs various medical colleges get to through unremitting efforts. For the follow developments in medical education and training with the high quality of the composite type medical personnel, the university made remarkable achievements through increasing investment, improving laboratory facilities, reforming experiment teaching model, innovating management system, trainning teaching staff.
