摘　　要：学风建设是学校的灵魂,是高等学校学生教育管理工作的根本着眼点,是确保学生健康成长和全面成才的重要保证。新形势下高等学校学风建设面临着许多新的挑战,辅导员应当准确把握高等学校学风建设的时代特征,以思想教育为切入点,用正确的思想引领学风;以建立激励约束机制为着力点,用健全的制度规范学风;以校园文化建设为推进点,用良好的环境影响学风;以关注群体作用为落脚点,用人文关怀促进学风,在高等学校学风建设中发挥积极的作用。Academic atmosphere and discipline building is the soul for colleges and universities,a fundamental starting point of the college student education and administration work,and an important guarantee for student healthy growth and becoming a talent.Currently,college academic atmosphere and discipline building is confronted with many new challenges.In such a situation,college political and ideological assistants must play an active role in college academic atmosphere and discipline building by accurately grasping the features of the times and taking effective measures.
