摘　　要：本文对采用位总线（ＢＩＴＢＵＳ）和分布式计算机控制技术研制出的啤酒糖化过程计算机控制系统进行了介绍。文中还着重介绍了啤酒糖化过程的工艺要求及ＢＩＴＢＵＳ控制原理、系统的控制方案、硬件及软件的设计。Adopting the techniques of bitbus and distributed control,the author managed to develop a computer control system to be used in the process of malt saccharification for making beer.The paper also describes in particular the technological requirments of the saccharification process,the bitbus control principle,the control system scheme and the design of hardware and software.
