摘　　要：社区教育在建设学习型和创新型城市文化中具有重要意义。常州市社区教育在组织机构、网络体系、规范教学、队伍建设、科研引领等方面取得实践性成果。要进一步推进社区教育发展,还需在制度建设、运行机制、示范区建设、资源整合等方面寻求突破。Community education has great significance in constructing the learning oriented society and creating the innovative city culture.The community education in Changzhou city has made great success in its practice in terms of organization,network construction,teaching regulation,faculty development and research piloting.In order to further push forward the community education,breakthrough is still needed in aspects such as system construction,running mechanism,model district building and resource sharing.
