摘　　要：师范院校与中小学积极构建理想的伙伴合作关系,已成为一种促进教师专业发展与学校变革的重要举措。合作是师范院校和中小学共同担负教师教育责任的基础。但合作关系的构建并不是一个简单的过程,就目前的情况来看,合作还处于形成阶段,水平较低,需进一步探索与深化。The partnership cooperation constructed voluntarily by normal universities and middle primary schools has become an important measure which strengthens the teachers＇ specialty development and universities＇ innovation.The cooperation is the foundation on which both normal universities and middle primary schools bear the responsibility for teachers＇ education.However,the construction of such cooperation is not a simple process.From the current situation,this kind of cooperation is in its formation,which needs to be deepened.
