摘 要:目的:探讨运用病例导入式教学法指导甲状腺外科的临床见习的教学效果.方法:实验组用病例导入式教学法,对照组用传统教学法,两种方法运用于2006级本科专业学生的课间见习中,采用理论考试、临床技能考核进行教学效果评估.结果:实验组学生理论考试及临床技能测试均高于对照组(P〈 0.05).结论:把病例导入式教学法运用于临床见习教学中能够提高教学质量,提高学生的综合素质.Objective: The discussion inducts the type teaching method instruction thyroid gland surgical department using ease of illness the clinical application teaching effect. Methods:The experimental group inducts the type teaching method with case of illness,the control group with the traditional teaching method,two methods utilize in 2006 level of undergraduate course specialized student's class recess application,uses the theory test, the clinical skill inspection carries on the teaching effect appraisal. Results: The experimental group student theory test and the clinical skill test is higher than the control group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Inducts the type teaching method case of illness to utilize in the clinical application teaching can improve the quality of teaching,improves student's comprehensive quality.
