摘　　要：本文介绍了生物芯片及PCR检测方法，通过试验比较了生物芯片、PCR及常规微生物检测结果的吻合率，并比较了三者的固定设备投入及检测成本。为啤酒工厂采用生物芯片及PCR检测提供技术支持。This article describes the bio-chip and PCR, compared the match rate of bio-chip, PCR and conventional microbiological test results, compared capital equipment investment and the cost of detection, provided technical support for the use of bio-chip and PCR detection method in beer breweries.
