摘 要:通过对红曲霉固态发酵生产洛伐他汀发酵过程的观察,对发酵过程中菌体生长、洛伐他汀的积累、物料含水量及重量等性质的变化有了初步的认识,得出了发酵周期为12d,影响固态发酵的两个关键参数的最适值:物料厚度为4.5cm,初始含水量50%。发现固态发酵较液体发酵有明显优势,在我们的实验条件下固态发酵洛伐他汀的产率为液体发酵的20倍以上。选择乙醇为浸取洛伐他汀的初始溶剂,并确定了其最适浓度为70%。The experiments with solid state fermentation of Monascus ruber for production of lovastatin were carried out to clarify the appropriate fermetnation condition and some key control parameters. It was found that for static solid state fermentation, the appropriate values of two important control parameters for the fermentation were: thickness of substrate below 4.5cm and initial moisture content of 50%. The results suggested that the better fermentation period for the production of lovastatin would be 12 days. Comparison of solid sate fermentation and submerged fermentation showed that the yield of lovastatin was 20 times more than that of submerged fermentation. 70% ethanol was selected for the extraction of lovastatin from fermentation product.
