摘  要:目的:以衰老相关酶为指标,探讨蛹虫草对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的影响。方法:使用D-半乳糖建立小鼠衰老模型,用蛹虫草灌胃进行实验性治疗。持续6周后,测定脑和肝组织的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与对照组相比,模型组小鼠的T-AOC、GSH-Px活性降低,MAO活性和MDA含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),说明造模成功;与模型组相比,蛹虫草组的T-AOC、GSH-Px活性有不同程度地恢复,MAO活性和MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:蛹虫草可提高小鼠脑、肝组织的抗氧化能力。Objective:The enzymes related to aging were used as the indexes to explore the effect of Cordyceps militaris on D-galactose-induced senile mice. Methods:A mouse model with senile disturbance of brain tissue was established by D-galactose induction and the experimental mice were treated with Cordyceps militaris by gavage. After the administration of Cordyceps militaris for six weeks,the activities of T-AOC,GSH-Px,MAO and the content of MDA in brain and liver tissues were analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group,the activities of T-AOC and GSH-Px of the model group exhibited an obvious decrease,and the activity of MAO and the content of MDA exhibited a significant increase (P 〈0.05 or P〈 0.01). Compared with the model group,the activities of T-AOC and GSH-Px in mice administered with Cordyceps militaris was ameliorated,and the activity of MAO and the content of MDA exhibited an obvious decrease (P〈 0.05). Conclusion:Cordyceps militaris can improve the antioxidant capability of brain and liver tissues.
