摘 要:综述以改善肠道健康为靶标的功能食品研究开发现状。介绍功能食品及其肠道健康声称的含义,肠道菌群及其生理功能,短链脂肪酸与肠道健康的关系;重点阐述与肠道健康密切相关的功能食品,如益生菌、益生元、合生元、食源性生物活性肽以及生物活性植物源酚类化合物的品种类别和生理功能;并展望组学技术将深化人们对"膳食-肠道菌群-宿主"关系的认识,促进适合个体特性的肠道健康功能食品的研究开发。Aimed to review the current status of research and development of functional foods targeting improvement of gut health.In the present review,we introduced the concept of functional foods and their gut health claims,the intestinal microbiota and its physiological functions,the relationship between short-chain fatty acids and gut health.Emphasis was laid on elaborating on the categories and physiological functions of the functional foods closely related to gut health,e.g.probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics,dietary bioactive peptides and bioactive plant-derived phenolic compounds.Finally,the tendencies and prospects indicated that people would deeply understand the relationship among dietary,intestinal microbiota and host with the omics-related technologies.Consequently,it would help promote research and development of gut-health-oriented functional foods adapted to individual traits.
