摘　　要：目的为学生创造学习情境,缩短与临床的距离。方法在专科临床医学专业学生实施病例情境模拟考核方案,并调查分析。结果 94.8%的学生认为这种方法促进理论知识向实际应用的转化,77.8%的学生希望专业课程均采取这种方法。结论这种考核方法能够提高学生的综合学习能力。Objective To supply learning situations for students and reduce the distance between school and hospital. Methods The ＂Case situational simulation evaluation＂ programme and investigation were carried out in junior college students from clinical medicine specialty. Results 94.8% considered that it could promote the transformation from theory to practice. 91.9% considered that it could be adopted by the other professional courses. Conclusion The check reforms can improve students＇ comprehensive learning ability.
