摘　　要：针对高职院校网络专业人才培养存在的主要问题,苏州市职业大学构建了"专业+企业+服务"的高技能培养模式,实施了专业定位能力化,课程体系科学化;课程设置模块化,教学方式即时化;实训条件生产化,教学过程工程化;教师团队双师化,教学资源网络化;双证制与创新竞赛同步化。Aiming at problems existed in the talent cultivation of internet technology specialty of higher vocational schools,Suzhou Vocational University has built the high-skilled talent cultivation model of ＂specialty＋enterprise＋serving＂,and the objectives were achieved：orienting specialty based on abilities,scientificity of curriculum system;modularization of curriculum system and timing of teaching mode;production of practice training conditions and processing of teaching process;dualqualification of teaching staff and network of teaching resources;synchronization of dual-certificate system and innovative competitions.
