摘　　要："校企共同体"在深化专业内涵建设、改革人才培养模式、提高人才培养质量等方面具有积极作用。课程开发上,应考虑岗位技能的前瞻性,课程开发的系统性和课程内容的适用性与先进性。在教学手段上,应做到教学组织机构化设置、课堂教学员工化管理、优秀学生个性化培养。同时,应校企共同开发立体化的教学资源。The ＂school and enterprise community＂plays important role in deepening specialty connotation construction,reforming talent cultivation model and enhancing talent cultivation quality.In the aspect of curriculum development,the cutting-edge of post skills,systematization of curriculum development and adaptability and advancement of curriculum content should be considered;in the aspect of teaching measures,the objectives of institution setup of teaching organization,the staff management of classroom teaching and personality cultivation of students should be achieved.Meanwhile,the multi-dimensional teaching resources should be developed by school and enterprises.
