摘　　要：籽瓜是一种价值较高的经济作物。籽瓜营养丰富,利用籽瓜副产物开发系列产品具有十分广阔的市场前景。通过阐述籽瓜副产物的综合利用现状以及存在的问题,为深入研究籽瓜系列产品奠定理论基础。Seed-using watermelon is one of the important economic crop.It is rich in nutrition elements,seed-using watermelon products which was developed by by-product have broad market.The present status and problems of comprehensive utilization of seed-using water melon by product were introduced.It provided theoretical basis for next deep research.
