摘　　要：利用凸组合方法构造出一元矩阵值切触有理插值函数,其构造过程公式化,便于在计算机上实现,有广阔的应用前景.本文方法具有一般性,而常用的连分式方法是有条件限制的,且这里方法是构造性的,对具体问题不需要讨论插值问题的存在性,更便于实际应用,具有较强的应用价值.In this paper,matrix-valued osculatory rational interpolating function was constructed by the method of convex combination.For the constructed osculatory rational interpolating function,its number of times can be reduced by choosing parameters.The feasibility of existing algorithms related to calculation of continued fractions was conditional and they need a large amount of calculation.The proposed method of constructing osculatory rational interpolating function is easy and has immense application foreground.
