摘　　要：建立了一种用气相色谱法测定牛奶和奶粉中硫氰酸盐质量分数的方法。该方法回收率为91.1%-106.2%,相对标准偏差小于3%,最低检出限为0.1mg/kg,且检测结果准确可靠,重复性好,灵敏度高,可进行牛奶和奶粉中硫氰酸盐的检测。To establish a method for the detection of thiocyanate in milk and powdered milk.The recycle rate of this method and the RSD% and the detection limit were 91.1%~106.2% and less then 3.7% and 0.1 mg/kg.The method is sensifive,specific and easy for detecting benzoic acid residues in milk and powdered milk.
