摘　　要：增强职业教育吸引力是当前我国职业教育发展中的难题,需要政府、社会和职业教育界共同努力。高职院校的教师要抓住国家大力发展职业教育的机遇,不断完善自身的知识与能力结构,深化教育改革,提高教育教学质量,增强高职教育吸引力,促进高职教育科学发展。How to strengthen the attraction of vocational education is the difficulty in the present vocational education development. It can be solved through innovating system achieved by our government,society and vocational education. Teachers in higher vocational colleges should seize the opportunity of vigorously developing the vocational education. Teachers should continuously improve their knowledge and ability structures,deepen the education reform and improve the teaching quality to strengthen the attraction of higher vocational education and to promote the scientific development of higher vocational education.
