摘  要:目的:探讨临床护生带教中互动式教学法的效果。方法:对我院2009年度100名实习护生采用互动式教学法(观察组);对2008年度100名实习护生采用传统教学法(对照组),比较两组护生考试成绩和问卷调查结果。结果:观察组在基础护理、专科理论、专科护理技术、护理文书书写方面的成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01);问卷调查6项项目,观察组优良人数均明显多于对照组(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:互动式教学法优于传统教学法,有助于同步发展学生的知识和能力,提高教学效果。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of interactive teaching method in clinical teaching of nursing students.Methods:The interactive teaching method was applied to observation group(n=100)which consisted of nursing students in 2009 year while the students in 2008 year comparising the control group(n=100)only receiving the traditional teaching method.The test scores and results of questionnaire two group students had been compared.Results:The test scores of fundamental nursing,special theory,special nursing technology and nursing document in observation group were obviously higher than that in control group(P0.01).In possessive items of the questionnaire,good number in observation group were obviously more than that in control group(P0.01 in 5 items,P0.05 in 1 item).Conclusions:Interactive teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method.It may help to develop the knowledge and ability of students synchronously,and therefore it improves the effectivess of teaching.
