摘　　要：研究盐地碱蓬提取物的抗氧化活性。以盐地碱蓬可食用部分的乙醇提取物作为研究对象,用体外抗氧化方法研究该提取物的抗氧化活性,并对其黄酮含量进行测定,同时对不同生长期的盐地碱蓬的抗氧化活性进行研究。不同月份采摘的盐地碱蓬样品的抗氧化活性不同,抗氧化活性的强弱与其黄酮含量变化成正相关,但呈现先升后降的趋势,黄酮含量在7月份植株颜色由绿变红之前达到最高,且该月份提取物表现出较高的抗氧化活性。To study the antioxidant activity of extracts from Suaeda salsa.To study the ethanol extracts of edible part of Suaeda salsa with the antioxidant mode in vitro.And compare the content of flavanols a with the antioxidant activity,then research the further activity of the most active extract in the all development months.The activity of all samples fluctuates in the same trend with the content of flavanols,and to the top in July before Suaeda salsa turning green into red,the extract of July shows the good antioxidant activity.
