葡萄柚精油抑菌活性的研究

摘　　要：采用纸片扩散法、连续稀释法和自然沉降法对葡萄柚精油抗菌活性进行了测定。葡萄柚精油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉、酵母菌的抗菌圈直径分别为(17.2±1.9)、(9.2±0.7)、(27.1±2.3)、(17.2±2.3)、(18.5±1.6)mm;最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为2.00%、10.00%、1.00%、5.00%和1.00%;对室内空气中菌类的平均抑菌率达44.6%。葡萄柚精油有较强的抑菌活性,是一种很有价值和开发前景的芳香油植物资源。To determining the antibacterial activity of the grapefruit essential oil,we used disk diffusion method,serial dilution method and natural sedimentation method.It was found that the diameters of inhibition zone of Escherichia Coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus Nige,Yeast respectively were（17.2± 1.9）,（9.2±0.7）,（27.1 ±2.3）,（17.2 ±2.3）,（18.5 ±1.6）mm;And the lowest inhibitory concentration（MIC） respectively were： 2.00 %,10.00 %,1.00 %,5.00 % and 1.00 %.Fungi in indoor air,the average inhibitory rate was 44.6 %.The result shows that grapefruit essential oil which has quite strong antibacterial activity enjoys a prosperous marketing prospect.
