摘　　要：素质教育是一个有中国特色的教育理念,它为教师教育提出了必须进行改革的要求,教师教育也就是所谓的师范教育,应该围绕素质教育进行办学体制,培养模式,课程内容,教育理念,特别是教师观、学生观、价值观等方面改革。Quality-oriented education is a idea of Chinese characteristics.It demands necessary reform of teacher education.Teacher education should be reformed concerning systems of school-running,training models,course content,education ideas,and especially teacher outlook,student outlook,values,etc.
