摘  要:以PE膜、PVC膜、PE硅窗膜和PVC硅窗膜为试验材料,研究低温条件下不同的包装材料对白灵菇贮藏期间的生理生化的影响,并对保鲜效果进行探讨。结果表明,对白灵菇保鲜效果从好到坏的顺序依次是PE硅窗膜、PVC硅窗膜、PE膜和PVC膜。PE硅窗膜包装的白灵菇MDA含量较低,可溶性蛋白质和多糖含量较高,感官品质最佳,保鲜效果最好。The aim of the present work was to study the effects of four kinds of modified atmosphere package on freshness-keeping of Pleurotus nebrodensis under low temperature,including polyethylene(PE) film,polyvinyl chloride(PVC) film,PE film with silicone window and PVC film with silicone window.The results showed that the storage quality from good to bad were respectively PE film with silicone window,PVC film with silicone window,PE film,PVC film.The body packaged in PE film with silicone window retained higher soluble protein content and amylase content,exhibited less MDA content.At the same time the sense quality was good and the effect was fine.
