摘 要:采用Q系列PLC和定位模块设计三维伺服控制系统,给出其系统集成构架,进行基于高性能CPU、定位模块、I/O模块的伺服系统的硬件设计,介绍系统的地址分配及数据传输过程,阐述伺服参数设置、相关的PLC程序和人机界面的软件设计过程,实现多轴直线插补和圆弧插补。实验结果证明,该系统运行稳定、精度高,有良好的应用价值。The Q series PLC and orientation module were used to design three-dimensional servo control system.The integrated framework of the systems was given.The hardware design of servo-system was made based on high-performance CPU,orientation module and I/O module.The address distribution and the data transmission of the system were introduced.The servo parameter setting and the software design processes of PLC programs and man-machine interface were illustrated.The multi-axis linear interpolation and circular interpolation were implemented.The experimental result proves that the system is running stable with high precision.It has good value for application.
