摘 要:教师能力标准不仅适用于管理评价和资质认定,而且具有形成和发展教师专业能力、引导教师日常教育教学工作实践的职能。相关研究在能力的内涵、结构和外延性描述之间缺少内在一致的解释环节,造成教师能力标准研究在教师能力形成与发展的引导性方面存在不足。教师专业能力在实质上是教师专业意识的对象化显现,教师专业能力可以由意识品质的养成获得形成与发展的可操作途径,按这一基本思路,形成"教师能力标准理论模型",并依据理论模型提出了教师能力的数学表示。Standard for teacher competence is not only applicable to management evaluation and qualification certification, but also has the functions of forming and developing teacher's professional competence and directing teacher's teaching practice. Some related researches are lack of inner coherent explanation to competnce's connotation, structure and extensive description, which makes the research on the standard for teacher competence lack of direction in forming and developing of teacher competence. Teacher's professional competence is essentially the objective presentation of teacher's professional consciousness. The possibility of forming and developing teacher's professional competence can be through cultivating teacher's professional quality with consciousness. According to this basic approach, the theoretical model on the standard for teacher competence can be formed, which also provides a kind of maths expression of teacher competence according to the theoretical model.
