摘　　要：随着基础教育课程改革的深入进行,中小学班主任作为特殊的教师角色,其专业化发展愈加受人关注。在基础教育课程改革背景下研究中小学班主任专业化发展有其时代意义,中小学班主任专业化发展有其独特的内容和实施路径。With the deepening of the curriculum reform in basic education,the prof essionalizai ion of class teachers,who play special roles as teachers,has been drawn more and more attention.There is an era value to do research on the professional izat ion of class reachers based on curriculum reform in basic education.The professional development of class teachers in primary and secondary schools has its special contents and approaches.
