摘 要:托马斯关于自然法和永恒法的论述是他对行为之合道德性的论证。他从区分理论理性和实践理性出发,指出自然法乃道德的至上原理;他论述了人的自然倾向作为自然法的内容对人行为的道德约束力和强制性;他指出了永恒法和人类本性的内在一致性;他强调人的道德义务派生于自然倾向,并围绕性道德对自然倾向进行了理性的解释,认为性道德乃是遵循自然法的一个合理要求;此外,"良知来自良习"的论点阐明了他实践理性优先的原则。Thomas' exposition of nature law and eternal law is the one about action's conformity to morals. Basing on the differences between theoretical rationality and practical rationality, he points out that nature law is the ultimate principle of morals; he analyzes moral constraint of man's nature inclination as the content of nature law on man's action; he points out that eternal law and human nature are intrinsically the same and emphasizes that man's moral duties come from his nature inclination; as for sex morals, he gives a rational explanation of the nature inclination and holds that sex morals is a rational demand by following the nature law; the idea of "intuitive knowledge comes from good habit" shows the principle of the priority of his practical rationality.
