摘　　要：从近三十年的时间跨度来纵览我国中职师资队伍建设研究成果的历史变化,对中等职业教育师资队伍建设研究成果进行纵向回顾与梳理,并从研究视域的维度进行横向剖析。This paper,the time spans of nearly thirty years,retrospect to an historical change of our research achievement of secondary vocational teaching staffs’construction,give a longitudinal review and summarization,and then make an investigation on its transverse research fields.
