摘　　要：详细阐述了旋光法、酶电极分析法、紫外线-酶法及高效液相色谱法等4种L-乳酸含量检测方法的原理、检测程序以及注意事项,并分析比较了各种检测方法的原理、测定方法及应用实例。Determination methods of L-Lactic acid being used widely at present were critically reviewed. The infuence factors, notes and application conditions were also indicated. Moreover, the principles, determination and applications of different methods were compared. We hope this paper will be helpful for Chinese Lactic acid＇ s detective technology.
