摘  要:文章从生活、工作、学习、身体健康四个方面对农村女教师的生存状况作了调查。调查结果显示,农村女教师面临着双重角色冲突、人际交往局限、工作压力过大、工作满意度不高、专业发展受限、身体状况不容乐观等现实问题。因此,需要政府、学校、农村女教师三方共同努力,采取有效对策,改善农村女教师目前的生存状况,促进她们的专业发展。The article investigates into the living conditions of rural female teachers in terms of their life,work,study and health.The results show that rural female teachers are confronted with many problems,including but not restricted to the conflict of their double roles,confined interpersonal relationship,work stress,low job satisfaction,limited professional development and poor health conditions.Therefore,the government,schools and female teachers themselves need to make collaborative efforts and to take proper measures to improve their living conditions and promote their professional development.
