高职院校职业素质教育实践的反思

摘　　要：职业素质教育越来越受到高职院校的重视,但在教育实践中仍存在教育课程缺少整体规划设计、教育内容缺乏职业教育特点、教育手段不符职业教育要求、教师欠缺职业教育意识、职业素质评价缺乏科学方法等问题,文章通过对高职院校职业素质教育实践中存在问题的原因分析,提出了高职院校进行职业素质教育实践的对策措施。Higher vocational colleges have paid more and more attention to professional quality education,but in the educational practice,there exist such problems as lacking a holistic educational plan and design,its content lacking characteristics of vocational education,educational means not suitable for the requirements of vocational education,teachers of culture course lacking awareness of vocational education,and the evaluation of professional quality lacking scientific methods.This paper analyzes reasons for such problems and proposes their countermeasures.
