摘 要:为探讨团队学习行为对团队任务过程的影响,提出一种基于多智能体模拟的团队学习行为分析方法。该方法以虚拟企业自我管理团队为对象,分析了自我管理团队双层学习行为,将团队成员与任务均定义为不同的智能体,在自我能力估计误差率和彼此能力估计误差率等概念和团队成员角色变换规则定义的基础上,建立了相应的多智能体模拟模型,并采用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0实现。文中给出了一个虚拟企业团队模拟实例,模拟结果表明双层学习行为比单层学习行为更有助于提高团队任务处理效率,同时也验证了所开发的软件系统用于自我管理团队学习行为分析的有效性。To explore the influence of team learning behavior on team task process,an approach of team learning behavior analysis based on multi-agent simulation was put forward.In the approach,self-managed team in virtual enterprise was taken as the example to examine the effect.After an analysis on self-managed team's double-level learning behavior,team members and tasks were both defined as agents.Based on definitions of concepts as the error rates of self-estimation ability,estimation of others'ability and rules of role changing,a multi-agent simulation model was constructed and implemented into MSSSTB system with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.The model was validated on simulation analysis of a practical problem.The simulation results showed that double-level learning behavior was more helpful for promoting efficiency of team task processing than single-level learning behavior.And the effectiveness of MSSSTB system was verified in the analysis of team learning behavior.
