摘  要:基于FLUENT软件提供的计算方法和物理模型,利用动网格及UDF(用户自定义函数)技术,对活塞运动过程进行动态数值模拟。通过动网格的生成与消亡,较好地解决因活塞运动所导致计算区域瞬时变化问题。得到气缸在不同蓄能腔体积、量孔直径及活塞作用面积下,活塞所受轴向力、位移变化等特性的可视化仿真结果,获得气缸内部流场分布。分析蓄能腔体积、量孔直径及活塞作用面积对气缸动特性的影响。结果表明:活塞作用面积对活塞动特性影响最大,其次是蓄能腔体积,而量孔直径大小的影响最小,为气缸优化设计提供理论依据。Based on the calculation and physical models of FLUENT software,the movement of the piston was simulated by using dynamic mesh and UDF(user-defined function). The problem of regional instantaneous change in calculation area which was resulted by piston moving was well solved by generation and disappearance of dynamic mesh. The visualization simulation results of the force on the pistons and the displacement characteristics which were produced at different volume of storage container,the diameter of jet bore and the area of the piston of cylinder were gotten. The influences of the volume of storage container, the diameter of jet bore and the area of the piston on the dynamic characteristics of the cylinder were analyzed. The results show that: The area of the piston has the largest influence on the dynamic characteristics of the piston, the followed is the volume of storage container, and the smallest is the diameter of jet bore,which provide a theoretical basis for the cylinder design.
