摘　　要：通过对国内外校企合作培养应用型人才的不同模式的比较,讨论制约校企共建实验室平台的因素,指出存在的问题,并对如何以校企共建实验室为平台,促进应用型人才培养作出分析,提出应采取的具体措施建议。There are different patterns of training application-oriented talents through school-enterprise cooperation and co-construction in China and some other countries.Based on comparison between different patterns as above-mentioned,this paper discusses the factors that restrict the development of laboratory platform jointly constructed by school-enterprise cooperation.This paper also points out existing problems in the above aspect,probes into the problems how to promote training application-oriented talents through laboratory platform jointly set up by school-enterprise cooperation,and puts forward concrete measures to deal with practical the problems.
