高职院校辅导员思政工作与“两课教学”相结合的思考

摘　　要：思想政治工作和“两课教学”在内容上是比较接近的，且都与大学生的思想成长密切相关，将两者有机的结合在一起，将对两者的工作有一个质的提升。针对高职院校辅导员思想政治工作与“两课教学”相结合进行研究分析，通过对这两者结合的有利之处和存在的弊端进行分析，并提出了相应的结合对策。Ideological and political work is similar to ＂Two Courses （the course of Marxist theory and the course of political theory） Teaching＂ with respect to content in that both are closely related to ideology growth of college students. Therefore, it is of qualitative boost for both to integrate each other organically. This article researches into the combination of ideological and political work of vocational college counselors and ＂Two Courses Teaching＂ , with an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of their integration to propose combination strategies accordingly.
