摘  要:为保证植物保健饮料食用安全性和功能性,将HACCP体系应用于其生产中。通过对植物保健饮料原辅料验收及生产工艺进行危害分析,确定关键控制点,制定合理的临界值和监控程序,建立可行的纠偏措施,如实记录HACCP系统工作模式,以提高植物保健饮料生产管理水平和产品安全性。In order to ensure the safety and functionality of healthcare vegetable beverages, HACCP system was applied in the processing of them. By analyzing the hazards in the acceptance of raw and auxiliary materials and production process, critical control points were defined, a reasonable limit was identified for each control point, monitoring procedures were developed, corrective actions to be taken were established, and the working model of HACCP system was accurately recorded to improve the management of processing as well as the safety and quality of the beverages.
