摘 要:教师的自我管理是一个多维度、多层面的概念,理解教师的自我管理,应认识如下几对关系:自我管理与组织管理的关系;自我管理与学生自我管理的关系;自我管理与教师专业发展阶段的关系;自我管理与教师发展动力的关系。促进教师的自我管理,应从学校和教师个体两个层面展开:多角度激励教师;创建有利于教师自我管理的组织文化;制度保障;正确认识自我;重视时间管理;"做好"教师的专业发展规划。Teacher's self-management is a multi-dimension and multi-level concept. To understand it, we should know some relationships as follwos:self-management and organization management; teacher's self-management and student's self-management; self-management and teacher's professional development phase; self-management and teacher's development power. To promote teacher's self- management, we should focus on the following aspects: encourage teachers from multi-perspective; creating organization culture conducive to teacher's self-management; system guarantee; understanding oneself correctly; valuing time management; making the teacher's professional planning well.
