摘　　要：通过对栽培平菇的栽培料进行不同的处理,筛选出最适合平菇生长的栽培料处理方法。结果表明:在发酵时加入促酵剂,可使平菇菌丝生长迅速,出菇产量高。The most suitable for oyster mushroom growth of cultivated material handling was selected through different treatments.The results showed that the oyster mushroom mycelium grows rapidly and fruiting and high yield by adding promoting fermentation agents in the fermentation.
