从认知翻译观视角看十一届人大三次会议政府报告英译

摘　　要：传统政治用语英译研究有不足之处,如缺乏对译文如何才是"忠实"的描述,缺少译者如何在译入语众多备选项中进行筛选的论述。从认知翻译观的视角,提出政治用语英译应以"翻译的两个世界"和"和谐翻译"为指导原则。以十一届人大三次会议政府报告的英译为实例,论证了认知翻译观的科学指导性,进而探讨了实现认知翻译观原则的具体翻译策略。The previous study of traditional political expressions have drawbacks.For instance,the lack of explanation for tranlation is loyalty to original version and the lack of explanation for translators＇ choices on goal languages provided.From the cognitive linguistic translation perspective,the paper puts forward that the translation of political expressions should view＂two worlds of translation＂and ＂harmonious translation＂principles as directing principles.With the government work report in the third session of the Eleventh National people＇s Congress as an example,the scientific direction of cognitive translation principles is proved and the specific translation strategies that carry out cognitive translation principles are explored.
