胶红酵母的急性毒性及遗传毒性研究

摘　　要：背景与目的:研究胶红酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)急性毒性及遗传毒性,为胶红酵母在水果采后病害生物防治应用中的安全性提供科学的实验依据。材料与方法:采用急性经口毒性实验、Ames实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验及小鼠精子畸形实验对胶红酵母进行安全性评价。结果:胶红酵母制剂的小鼠经口LD50>21·5g/kg;3项遗传毒性实验结果均为阴性。结论:在本实验条件下,胶红酵母经口毒性实验属无毒级别,并且未见遗传毒性作用。Background and purpose：The acute and genetic toxicities of Rhodotorula mucilaginosa were studied,and scientific experimental data for biocontrol microbe＇s safety was provided.Materials and methods：Acute oral toxicity test,Ames test,micronucleus test of mice bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes,mice sperm shape abnormality test were used.Results：The acute oral LD50 of Rhodotorula mucilaginosa was more than 21.5g/kg in mice.The results of genetic toxicity tests all showed negative.Conclusion：The genetic toxicity of Rhodotorula mucilaginosa was not found,and it was classified as non-toxic agent.
