基于劳动者认知角度的工会维权职能研究——以珠三角地区企业为例

摘　　要：从劳动者认知的角度出发,我国劳动者对其所获权益的满意情况及其对工会的认知状况存在一些亟待改进之处。我们通过对珠三角地区企业职工展开调查,并根据调查结果分析得出劳动者对工会认知度低的现状,提出工会维权职能弱的问题。据此,研究着重分析了影响劳动者对工会认知度低以及工会维权职能弱的原因,并从劳动者、工会自身、社会三个角度提出了增强工会维权职能的系统性的对策。From the perspective of the worker＇s cognition,we investigated enterprise employees in the Pearl River Delta region on their satisfaction of their rights and their awareness of the trade unions.According to the survey results,we learned that the workers＇ awareness of the trade unions is low and the function of trade union is weak.Based on the results,we analyzed the causes which lead to the workers＇ low awareness of trade union and the weak function of the trade union.Finally,we put forward a systematic proposal about how to heighten trade union＇s function of safeguarding workers＇ legal rights and how to improve worker＇s awareness of trade union from the aspects of worker,trade union and society.
