摘　　要：衡水老白干酿酒公司传统生产老白干酒，在市场经济大潮中，为改善产品结构，生产浓香型曲酒，在调研的基础上，又经反复生产试验，总结出一整套符合本厂实际的高产、优质生产工艺。The traditional products are LAOBAIGAN Liquors in Hengshui Wine Group Co.Ltd.In the economic market,the company tried to study and develope new products.By investigation and commercial experiment,the company gained the technology fitting to the production and began to produce good quality Luzhou-flavour liquors.
