摘　　要：介绍了新型生坯干燥设备——固定床干燥器的设计，分析该设备在生产中的工艺参数，阐述该设备的脱水能力可达６％，干燥时间可缩短至１０ｍｉｎ之内。A design for the new-type of a flake dryer fixed bed is introduced. The processing parameters of the machine during the production is analysised. It can dewater at 6% within 10 min. So that it is efficient to decrease the degrading and oxidation of the flake in the drying.
