摘  要:以黑宝石李为试材,在冷藏条件下研究了5种塑料薄膜包装对其果实品质及保鲜效果的影响。试验结果表明,0.03 mmPVC袋的果实品质最好;0.02,0.05 mm PE袋的好果率也在92%以上,但果实有轻微冷害,品质受到一定程度的影响;0.05 mmPVC和高渗CO2保鲜袋的保鲜效果最差,冷害和腐烂较重。与贮藏前相比,贮藏结束时,黑宝石李果实硬度和可滴定酸含量有所下降,可溶性固形物含量和果肉相对电导率有所上升,但处理之间差异不明显。Effect of different plastic film package on fruit quality and preservation of Friar plum during storage were studied in this paper.After 2 months storage in(0~1) ℃,the fruit quality with 0.03 mm PVC was the best;though the percent of good fruits with 0.02 mm and 0.05 mm polyethylene(PE) packing were higher than 92%,the pulp had little chilling injury.After storage,the fruit firmness and the titratable acidity declined,the soluble solid content and the electrical conductivity of pulp rised compared with that before storage.
