摘 要:提取了北五味子红色素,研究了该色素在D101大孔树脂上的动态吸附和洗脱工艺条件,并测定了红色素的体外抗氧化活性.结果表明,纯化后的红色素色价是未纯化的3.24倍;优化的动态吸附和洗脱条件为:吸附流速2mL/min,洗脱流速2mL/min,洗脱剂用量为4倍柱床体积.纯化后的色素,其清除羟自由基的能力和还原能力普遍高于未纯化色素,且抗氧化能力高低与色素浓度一致.The red pigment was extracted from Schizandra Chinensis.The technological conditions of dynamic adsorption and elution process of red pigment in D101 macroporous resin were studied.The antioxidative activity of red pigment in vitro was determined.The results showed that the color scale of purified pigment was 3.24 times higher than that of crude pigment.The better dynamic adsorption and adsorption conditions were those of feeding rate 2 mL/min,elute rate 2 mL/min and elute volume was 4 times higher than that of bed volume.The ability to clear the hydroxyl radical and the reducing power of purified pigment were higher than that of unpurified pigment,and was correspondent with the concentrations of pigments.
