摘　　要：在青少年情感素质的理论框架下,进行青少年人际情感的研究。青少年人际情感是指青少年对自己与他人相处、交往活动评价时产生的一种内心体验。本研究编制了《青少年人际情感问卷》并在全国范围内实施调查。结果发现:该问卷具有良好的信度和效度;我国青少年人际情感正向积极,并与总体情感素质平均水平相当,其中信用感最高,合作感和亲密感最低;男生人际情感低于女生;人际情感与师生关系和教师有情施教关系密切。The study focused on youth＇s interpersonal feeling under the theoretical framework of youth＇s affective quality. Youth＇s interpersonal feeling refers to that an inner experience occurrs when the youth evaluate the quality of relationship and the activities of connection with others. current study developed Questionnaire on Youth＇s Interpersonal Feeling,and administered it to the youth in china. The results showed that （1） the questionnaire has good reliability and validity; （2） the interpersonal feeling of the youth in China is positive,and equal to the average of affective quality; among the six factors of interpersonal feeling,tyustworthiness feeling ranks the highest,while both cooperation feeling and intimacy feeling are the lowest; （3）interpersonal feeling of female youth is significant higher than male youth; （4）interpersonal feeling is highly related to teacher-student relationships and enthusiasm of teachers＇ classroom teaching.
