摘　　要：主要介绍快速测试片技术、电阻抗技术、微菌落技术、发射测量法、微热量技术、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物发光技术、色谱法等几种细菌总数快速检测技术的原理和特点,并对今后的检测方向作了展望。The principle and characteristic of several rapid detection technologies of total bacteria were introduced,such as petrifilm,impedance,microcolony,radiometrify method,calorimetry,ATP bioluminescence,chromatographic method and so on.And the prospect of detection direction was looked forward.
