摘　　要：对目前最新检测和鉴定粮食微生物的方法及原理、粮食微生物防制措施进行总结,以期为粮食储藏提供指导。In order to provide valuable advising for food and grain storege,an overview of technologies and their principles of food and grain microorganism detection and identification was given and the prevetion methods were summarized.
