现代职业教育中高职舞蹈教师的素质能力探析

摘　　要：分析当前高职院校舞蹈教师素质能力存在的不足,从六个方面总结当前高职院校舞蹈教师应当具备的素质能力,同时从两个方面探索如何提高现代高职院校舞蹈教师的素质能力。This article analyzes the current existing insufficiencies of quality ability of dancing teachers of modern vocational educational colleges.It summarizes the quality abilities that dancing teachers must have from six aspects and simultaneously further explores how to improve the quality ability of dancing teachers of modern vocational educational colleges from two aspects.
