摘　　要：分析临床医学专业预防医学教育现状与存在问题,结合《本科医学教育标准——临床医学(试行)》提出的要求,探讨临床医学专业学生预防医学教育改革的必要性,围绕人才培养目标、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、考试评定、实践实习等提出一些改革思路。The authors analyzed the current situation as well as existing problems of the preventive medical education for clinical medical major combining with the requests brought forward by Standards of Undergraduate Medical Education—Clinical Medicine（Trial）,then explored the necessity of the preventive medical education reform for clinical medical major,and put forward certain measures that concerned with personnel training targets,curriculum system,teaching contents and methods,examination evaluation,medical practice,ect.
