摘　　要：相对于创新是企业生存发展的生命线,企业文化则是企业创新的触发器,是企业可持续发展的保障和基石。从企业文化的内涵入手,分析企业文化创新对企业创新的动力效应,它可以营造创新的氛围、可以调动员工的创造力,并以CQGPE公司的企业文化建设实践为基础,总结提出了企业文化建设促进企业创新发展的"一个中心、四根支柱、四大任务"的"轮式发展"综合策略机制模型,并阐释了其中间主体层面的精神文化、行为文化、制度文化和物质文化建设对企业创新能力发展的作用机制。Innovation is the lifeline of enterprise＇s survival and development,and corporate culture is the innovation triggers of enterprise.This article analyzes the corporate culture＇s dynamic effects on business innovation,and points out that corporate culture can create an innovative atmosphere and mobilize the creativity of employees.This article proposes an integrated strategy mechanism model through which corporate culture building can promote enterprise innovation and development.This model is named as wheeled development model constituted of one center,four pillars and four major tasks.This article explains the development mechanism of spiritual cultural,behavioral cultural,institutional culture and material culture on enterprise innovation capacity.
